William Corn of the Anchor Club says they love that young people love riding bikes, but they need to be careful and wear helmets.

The Bike Rodeo and Safety Fair included a bike decorating contest, ‘Brain Minders’ Puppet Show, temporary tattoos and door prizes.

You could also win a bike or a bike helmet.

  1. The BHS Anchor Club and the Pilot Club of Brenham appreciates your coverage of our successful Bike Rodeo and Safety Fair. If we can save the brain of one child with our Safety Fair, it is worth all the effort….Six children went home with new bikes and every child attending received a helmet and tokens to the Aquatic Center, Silver Wings, Sonic, and badges from the Police Dept. along with safety tips for protecting their brain with the BrainMinders puppets and guidance for riding their bikes. A BIG Thank you to Wal-Mart, Corporal Chris Jackson, members of the Police Dept. and Fire Dept.
