BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE CHARGES

A Brenham man faces multiple charges after his arrest Tuesday afternoon.

Brenham Police officers went to serve a warrant for Failure to Appear, to 17-year old Thatcher Greenwood at a home at the 2400 block of Airline Drive.

At the home, police say they smelled the strong odor of marijuana.

Police say Greenwood admitted to smoking marijuana and consented to search.  That search turned up some marijuana, smoking paraphernalia and Xanax—for which Greenwood did not have a prescription.

Greenwood is charged with the original warrant as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

  1. Such a sad thing to read.
Known this young man for a long time.
    Really is a good kid.
Just wish he could have a chance to turn
himself around. Seems to be a cry for help
    and discipline.
