BRENHAM POLICE INVESTIGATE THEFT AND BURGLARY
The search is on for someone who stole four tires from a truck at a road construction site in Brenham.
A worker on a road project near the 1500 block of State Highway 36 North tells Cpl. Lance Weiss that he parked his truck Wednesday night at around 5:00. When he returned Thursday morning, all four tires had been stolen.
The estimated value of the tiers is $1680.
A gun is missing after a Brenham man says someone took it from his car.
The man who lives in the 500 block of Mansfield, told Brenham Police officer Casey Thumann that someone took a small handgun and ammunition from the console of the his car.
The victim says the items were in the car Saturday, June 19th…but when he checked the console Thursday, the gun, ammunition and a digital camera were all missing.
Brenham Police continue their investigation.
