CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTS RALSTON SUBDIVISION STREETS

  

While Stylecraft Builders continue to construct 76 residences in the Ralston Subdivision near Gun and Rod Road and Blue Bell, some changes and upgrades needed to be made for the city of Brenham can accept the roads into the city’s street system.

Brenham City Engineer Grant Lishcka told today’s (Thursday’s) meeting of the City Council that the developers have made those changes and upgrades.  The infrastructure improvements have also been inspected.

The developers gave a breakdown on the costs of the project.  The paving costs $534,,953, the drainage was $154,770, water line extensions cost $142,595, and the sewer connections cost $137,996.
