ICT BLOOD DRIVE SUCCESSFUL
Students at Brenham High School and members of the community rolled up their sleeves and gave “the gift of life.”
The annual Brenham High School 9-11 ICT Blood Drive was held at the Career and Technology building behind the high school today (Wednesday).
Joe Antkowiak and Mark Theil, Career and Technology instructors and coordinator of the event, report that an impressive total of 156 units of blood were collected during the drive.
The drive has become a tradition since the 9-11 attacks in 2001.
Anyone who donated today (Tuesday) will still be eligible to donate blood at the Thanksgiving Blood Drive as well.
