Hundreds of local children turned out Thursday for an afternoon of screenings, immunizations, refreshments and fun.

Scott & White Brenham Hospital hosted the 18th annual kid’s day health and wellness event.

There were free health screenings along with free immunizations as well as free child car seats.

There were also dozens of information booths and a chance to meet members of the local Scott & White Healthcare team.

There were also refreshment and entertainment, including cheerleading and Tae Kwon Do demonstrations along with a bounce house and crafts.

Kids got to spin the KWHI Wagon Wheel of Prizes.
