MAN KILLED IN BURLESON CO. MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT
A 66-year old man is dead after a motorcycle accident Friday night near Lake Somerville.
According to the Burleson County Sheriff's Office the accident occurred on Park Road 4 near the Big Creek Marina near Lyons.
The single-vehicle crash happened just after 9 Friday night.
Investigators say a 66-year-old male was found unresponsive by a witness inside the park.
Witnesses say the man appeared to have lost control of his motorcycle and ran off the roadway.
The subject was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
