PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO MEET MONDAY

  

The City of Brenham will have it’s regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission Monday at 5:15 in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

The Commission will be discussing the approval of replatting a portion of the Schmitt’s subdivision and a portion of the abandoned Magnolia Street. The commissioners will also hear and consider possible action on an amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the Code of Ordinances to change an Industrial district to a Manufactured Home Residential District on a 10 acre portion of land in the Phillip Coe Addition.
