PRE DAWN DRUG BUST OF NAVASOTA MAN
Standing in front a residence in the pre-dawn hours led to the arrest of a 31-year old Navasota man for the possession of cocaine.
Sgt. Lloyd Powell of the Brenham police department was called to the scene in the 300 block of Rucker when the resident reported a man standing outside, near his house at about 3:30 Tuesday morning.
Sgt. Powell stopped and questioned him. A search found a small amount of powder cocaine on Victor Mata. Mata was arrested.
