SHOPPER RUNS PAST HEB CHECK OUT LINE IN MOTORIZED CART

A 55-year old Burton woman in a motorized shopping cart  ran past the checkout line at the Brenham HEB with $85 worth of beer, dog food, pistachio nuts and coffee.

A store employee stopped Patricia Ann Spitzer when she allegedly left the store without paying.   Officer Mark Pierce was called to the scene and discovered she was already wanted on a warrant for theft by check.  She was also arrested for the Saturday afternoon theft.
