THEIVES TAKE OVER $1400 IN ITEMS FROM BRENHAM WAL MART

  

Brenham police reports say two women and a man went on a $1400 shopping trip at the Wal Mart, but did not pay for the items.

Security cameras recorded two women and one man loading up ‘various and sundry items’ into a basket, went to the checkout counter.  The man and one woman were loading up the basket again once the items were scanned and the other woman stayed behind, talking on her cell phone.  That woman tried to pay for the items with a credit card that was declined.  That’s when the three left the store with $1442 worth of items and loaded them up in a car.  They had driven off by the time Brenham police officers were able to get to the scene.

Police are still searching for the suspects.
