THREE BUSTED FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION
Three men face charges of Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone, after their arrests late Wednesday night.
Brenham Police Cpl. Steven Eilert was on patrol at Jackson Street Park when he saw a white Hummer sitting in the parking lot with its lights off past curfew.
As Eilert approached the car, it began to drive but slowly came to a stop.
As the driver rolled down his window, Eilert could smell the strong odor of marijuana.
The three people in the vehicle were detained and a probable search conducted during which marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located.
Arrested were; 19-year old Morris Dunnigan of Illinois; 21-year old Revey Ladon Norton of Oklahoma and 18-year old William Christopher Jones of Louisiana.
Each are charged with Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces, in a Drug Free Zone.
