TWO INDICTED FOR CHAPPEL HILL ROBBERY/KIDNAPPING

  

Thirteen people have been indicted in the latest meetings of the Washington County Grand Jury, including two people accused of robbing a Chappel Hill convenience store.

37-year odl Heather Natasha Stone and 37-year old Terrell Andre Tolbert face charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping.

The two allegedly robbed the store at gun point back on October 10th of last year and also tied up the store’s clerk.

The two were actually indicted back on July 17th, but only recently had been taken into custody.

Also indicted in the July 17th grand jury meeting were:

50-year old Louis Cortez Welch Jr., of Brenham for Delivery of a Controlles Substance and 44-year old Pere Acosta Martinez of Brenham for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Twenty-three indictments were filed Thursday, with nine of those offenders currently in custody, including:

55-year old Robert Wayne Clepper of Brenham, charged with Injury to an Elderly Person.

43-year old Joseph Graves of Missouri City, on a charge of Assaulting a Public Servant.

24-year odl Kayla Lorraine Mulanax of Brenham on two counts of Abaonding a Child.

43-year old Barbara Ann Davis of Washington, for Theft of Less than $1500, enhanced due to two previous convictions.

25-year old Jacory Odu of Austin, also on a count of Theft of Less Than $1500, enhanced due to two previous convictions.

18-year old Christopher Hutson of Brenham for Theft of a Firearm.

38-year Luis Ramirez of Somerville, charged with tampering with physical evidence.

23-year old Brianna Brooks of Brenham on a charge of Criminal Mischief.

And, 48-year old Reginald Wesley of Houston for Fradulent Use of Identifying Information.
