33 INDICTMENTS FILED BY LATEST GRAND JURY

  

A Brenham man has been indicted by the latest Washington County Grand Jury on an Attempted Burglary charge from his arrest in June.

25-year old Jamarcus Maurice Andrews was arrested by Washington Co. Sheriff’s investigators back in late June for a trio of incidents.  At the time, Andrews was charged with attempted aggravated sexual assault, attempted burglary, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

47-year old Thomas Murphy of Brenham, for Burglary of a Habitation and Sexual Assault.

19-year old Luis Perez of Brenham, for Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child.

18-year old Zachary Charles Moerbe of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.

37-year old, Shunta Bailey of Houston, for Forgery.

29-year old Leonard Ray Basey, Jr. of Brenham, for Violation of a Protective Order.

34-year old Braylon Damon Cloud of Brenham, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

20-year old Garrett Spears of Brenham, for Assault Family Violence Impede Breath.

23-year old Kendra Michelle Cloud of Sealy, for Evading Arrest with Vehicle.

21-year old Patrick Michael Howley, Jr. of Brenham, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

19-year old Devonta Kinney of Ft. Worth, for Evading Arrest Detention with Vehicle.

34-year old Luke Ladewig of Brenham, for Evading Arrest with Vehicle.

17-year old Oregon Hill of Brenham, for Theft.

51-year old Ronald Benjamin Rodriguez of Hempstead, Third or More Offense Driving While Intoxicated.

39-year old Freddie Hampton, Jr. of Somerville, for Possession Controlled Substance.

42-year old Sedrick Dupree Mitchell of Brenham, for Delivery Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.

33-year old Genikia Rena Newsome of Brenham, for Theft with 2 Previous Convictions.

36-year old Jason Dewayne Randle of Brenham, for Possession of Controlled Substance.

31-year old Justin James Rogers of Brenham, for Assault Family Violence Impede Breath/Circulation.

28-year old Jerome Dwayne Scott of Somerville, for Possession Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession Firearm by Felon and Unauthorized Use Motor Vehicle.

52-year old Clarence William Smith, Jr. of Washington, for Stalking.

21-year old Brandon Sparks of Brenham, Texas for three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

24-year old Craig Allen Sweed, Jr., of Washington, for Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

22-year old Frederick Erwin Watts of Brenham, for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Several people were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the names can now be released, including:

33-year old Yun Yan Ni of Houston, for Credit Card Abuse.

21-year old Devin Ian Fillmore of Brenham, for Theft of a Firearm.

And 38-year old Finon Shivers, III of Belton, for Tampering with Physical Evidence.
