  1. Tudor needs to have a flashing warning light when this light is about to turn red and lower the speed limit way down

  2. Prayers for all involved. The accidents became more common when the red light was installed at that intersection (live down the road so I’ve seen the mess). All of the lobbying for red lights does not make an intersection safer. You are either a sitting duck or a unsuspecting cross commuter. Slowing traffic down changes nothing. Traffic needs to flow so that others are more aware and on alert observing other drivers sharing the road.

  3. This is a very dangerous intersection. Anyone that lives here knows to look both ways before proceeding across 290. Every day you can see many big rigs that blow through the light as it turns or has turned red and they blow their horn…..like that gives them a license to break the law. I hope TXDOT takes notice and slows this area down to about 40-45mph and make it much safer for our community.

  4. Praying for you and your family Tootie! God is so good and amazing! Praying for a speedy recovery for you and your family. Be Blessed!

  5. Poor people..my wish for their recovery. That intersection is quite dangerous and the speed limit is too fast approaching the area but will anything change? Probably not so just be extra cautious in and about Chappell Hill.
