A&M REGENT FACES D.W.I. CHARGE
A member of the Texas A&M’s Board of Regents faces a charge of drunk driving.
47-year old Houston attorney Tony Buzbee is scheduled for an appearance in a Harris County court May 31st.
Authorities confirm that Buzbee, who is a third-year member of the A&M Board of Regents, was arrested back on March 31st by Houston Police. Buzbee was released from jail after posting a $500 dollar bond.
Buzbee was appointed by then Governor Rick Perry. Buzbee was later a member of Perry’s legal team after the governor was indicted on criminal charges.

I agree with Darryl !! Must be following the “Good Ole Boy System” with this case. The bond makes no sense whatsoever, he should be in the same boat as a “Regular Joe” is in.
