AMBER ALERT SUSPECT ARRESTED IN LaGRANGE
An Amber Alert has been cancelled after a 3-year old boy, abducted in San Antonio, was recovered safely in Fayette County.

San Antonio Police say 3-year old Josue Gonzalez was in the back of a car that was stolen just before 7 p.m. Monday near downtown San Antonio as his mother ran into the store.
The Amber Alert was issued and officials state-wide were notified.
A short time later the suspect was spotted by a driver at a rest stop just west of Flatonia. That driver, who had received the Amber Alert, contacted authorities.
Fayette County Deputy Terry Guentert and Flatonia Police Officer Deron Dement responded to the rest area, located the vehicle, arrested the suspect and recovered Gonzalez.
31 year old Victor Miguel Torres of San Antonio was taken into custody and Martinez was checked by EMS for precautionary reasons. The child was unharmed and released to his family.
Torres is charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and a warrant was issued from San Antonio for kidnapping.
Torres is being held in the Fayette County Jail.
Hopefully there are some charges waiting for the mother also,,,
