AQUATIC CENTER OPENS SUMMER SEASON SATURDAY
The 13th summer swimming season for the Blue Bell Aquatic Center begins Saturday for day of water fun at the leisure pool.
Aquatic Center Supervisor Tammy Jaster says there is only a one dollar admission charge Saturday and the pool will be open for the whole Memorial Day weekend.
Jaster says the pool will close for the last week of school but open for a whole season of fun on Friday, May 30th, the last day of school. She says they will have a summer of fun, beginning with the first ‘Floats and Flicks’. That’s when you can come out to the pool to see ‘Monsters’ University’ ten minutes after sunset.
The pool opens up Saturday morning at ten and KWHI will have live reports from Trail Boss Troy and Kelly Outlaw on all the festivities.
