ARREST MADE FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION
A Houston man faces a drug charge after a traffic stop Wednesday night in Brenham.
21-year old Julian Lamar McClure of Houston was pulled over by Officer Jonathan Phipps on a traffic stop on Highway 290 at North Berlin Rd., around 8:30.
Phipps says he could smell marijuana.
A search of the car was conducted and McClure was arrested. He is charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Good job Officer Phipps! Ive counseled with a lot of suffering people in that area of town lately who are in dire financial distress and or need assistance with food and shelter. Dope is almost always involved and a little bag a weed or a giant load of cocain…..its all dope, all bad, all the time…..
