AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS TEN
Ten people have been indicted in the latest session of the 155th District Court Grand Jury in Austin County.
Among the indictments:
18-year old Ottis Herman Ward, Jr. on charges of Sexual Assault and Sexual Assault of a Child.
55-year old Curtiss Wess Wallace for Obstruction or Retaliation.
40-year old Heather Marie Ennis for Abondon/Endangering a Child and Criminal Negligence.
45-year old Tony Early Manley for Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair and for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
22-year old Cameron Wayne Stovall for Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair and Possession of Marijuana.
20-year old Darrian Williams on two separate charges of Delivery of Marijuana.
Indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance were: 40-year old Crystal Mosley, 34-year old Judy Lynn Orsak, 36-year old Kandera Jackson Clark, and 32-year old Steffon Clark.
