AUSTIN COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS 12 INDICTMENTS
The Austin County Grand Jury returned indictments on fourteen suspects that were presented to the Grand Jury on November 19th, by Sue Murphy, Austin County District Clerk.
The following names were released in the report:
Emeal Andrus, 29, three different offenses of Delivery of Marijuana from June 18, 2014, June 24, 2014, and July 16, 2014.
Mandy Cherie Burger, 31, charged with Possession of Controlled Substance from October 14, 2014, and Burglary of a Habitation from July 19, 2014.
Robert Anthony Carl, 53, Forgery of a Financial Statement from October 3, 2014.
Jose Luis Castillo, 53, Theft of Wire/Cable/ Bronze/Copper, from September 5, 2014
Jose Rene Cisneros, 38, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm By A Felon, from October 14, 2014
Pedro Garcia, Jr., 52, Theft of Wire and Cable, from September 5, 2014
Gregory Paul Harding, 47, Fraudulent Use and Possession of Identifying Information, from January 4, 2014
