AUSTIN COUNTY INDICTS MAN ON ASSAULT FAMILY VIOLENT CHARGES
A man is currently being held in the Austin County jail after being indicted in this week’s 155th Judicial District Court.
31 year old, Emeal Andrus III has been charged on two counts of assault family violence.
Six people have been indicted this week for possession of a controlled substance. 35 year old William James Marrow Jr., 50 year old Cathleen Ramierz, and 51 year old Daniel Rodriguez are all currently out on bond. Still in jail are 37 year old Shawn Carl Gaitan, 31 year old Arthur Chase Hopkins, and 48 year old, Troy Scott Ingenhuett.
Also indicted this week were 39 year old Yordanka Cisneros and 39 year old Roger Manuel Ferro, both on separate counts of credit/debit card abuse. Both are currently out on bond.
32 year old Dale Patrick Koehne for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age. He is currently out on bond.
45 year old Helen Lorene Reed for evading arrest with a vehicle and she is currently out on bond.
