BARNHILL CENTER HOSTING BRUCE ROBISON AND KELLY WILLIS

  

One of Texas most beloved music couples is coming to The Barnhill Center at historic Simon Theater in Brenham.

Texas country singers Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis will bring their “Annual Holiday Shindig” to The Barnhill Center Sunday, December 10th at 5 p.m.  Both Robison and Willis have had successful solo careers as singer/songwriters.  Their “Holiday Shindig” started as a family gathering in 1999, and evolved into annual concerts and touring together.  While the show focuses on the holidays, it also features many of their solo and duet hits.  Interspersed in the show are home videos of their family Christmas celebrations.

Robison says, “I think one of the reasons it really happened the way it did is our fans want to go someplace nice and earlier.  I like playing beer joints too, but everybody gets dressed up a little bit and goes to the shows.”
