BAYTOWN MAN USES HIS BROTHER’S IDENTITY AFTER ARREST

A Baytown man now faces additional charges after Brenham Police learned that he used his brother’s identity when arrested in January.  Justice Alliden Brown from Baytown was arrest by Brenham Police on January 29th for Fraudulent, Destruction, Removal, or Concealment of Writing.  He is accused of switching price tags items in Walmart, then trying to leave the store.  He apparently identified himself as Joey Brown, his brother.  Brenham Police say that the matter is still under investigation, but additional charges are expected in the case.
