BELLVILLE CITY PHONE SYSTEMS DAMAGED BY STORM
During the morning hours today (Wednesday), the Austin County Sheriff’s Office sent out an alert to residents of the area that the Bellville phone system was damaged by Tuesday evening’s storms.
They expect the phone system to be down for two to three days, and encourage residents to contact the Austin County Sheriff’s Office if they should have any urgent business for a city agency.
