BELLVILLE TEEN ARRESTED AFTER TRYING TO EVADE BRENHAM P.D.
A Bellville teen faces charges after his arrest following a short police-chase Friday night.
Sergeant Lloyd Powell says he spotted a 2007 Ford Pickup speeding at the intersection of Bluebell and Stone around 11:30 Friday night.
Powell says vehicle then sped off into the Gun and Rod Subdivision at a high rate of speed.
He reportedly lost control on Cantey Street, and fish-tailed into the front yard of a home on Dillon St.
17-year old Robert Quinn McCully is charged with Evading Arrest and was also cited for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, Speeding and having an Expired Registration.
