BELLVILLE TO HOSTS ‘SMALL TOWN CHRISTMAS’

  

Bellville’s 35th Annual Small Town Christmas is set for next weekend in downtown Bellville.

Events get underway Friday night at 6:15 with the lighting of the tree at the Courthouse by Santa Claus.

The tree lighting kicks off the Small Town Christmas Parade.

There will be plenty of festivities at the mini-park, including: non-profit vendors, living nativity, a real snow play area, polar express train and carriage rides.  Pictures with Santa will be available at the gazebo.

The movie Polar Express will be shown in the mini-park—bring chairs and blankets.

There will also be a dance with the Anthony Moreno Band.

Saturday will kick off with Breakfast with Santa at Newman’s Bakery from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.

The Bellville High School Band will perform at 9:00 a.m.

There will also be a Farmer’s Market from 9:00-noon; and Market Day from 9:00 to 4:00.

KTEX 106 will broadcasting live from the Small Town Christmas.
