BETHLEHEM LUTHERAN CHURCH CELEBRATES 150 YEARS THIS WEEKEND

  

Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Round Top is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year. They will be holding a special service on Sunday to commemorate the milestone.

Construction on the church began in 1866, with the first service being held on January 13, 1867. It is one of the earliest stone churches built in this area of Texas and has been used for services continuously since its construction.

The special service will be Sunday at 9:30 a.m. It will feature music and longtime congregation members will share their memories. Everyone is welcome to join in the celebration.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church is located at 412 S White Street in Round Top.
