BIDS BOARD TO HEAR LEARNING CENTER UPDATE

  

An update on the Early Childhood Learning Center highlights the agenda for Monday night’s meeting of the Brenham School Board.

The Board of Trustees will hear a report on the progress of the new campus, to be located at the former Alton Elementary School off Chappell Hill Street.

The campus will house pre-kindergarten classes, totaling about 190 students, this coming fall.

Construction and renovations began back in March.

Also at Monday night’s meeting:

The board will hear a presentation on the AVID college readiness program.

Approve the purchase of a vehicle for the Career and Technology Department.

And, hear and update on renovations at Krause Elementary.

The Brenham School Board meets Monday night at 6:00 in room 111 at Brenham High School.
