BLINN BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO DISCUSS TUITION AND FEES FOR 2016-2017

  

The Blinn Board of Trustees will take action to approve of tuition and general fees for fiscal year 2016-2017 at their meeting this evening (Tuesday).

The board will accept a donation of a pipe organ to the Visual and Performing Arts department. They will also discuss approving of new and adjusted course, lab, and other income fees, as well as new and adjusted housing and food services fees.

Approval of a pre-construction services agreement with Servitas, LLC in connection with on-campus privatized student housing will be considered. The board will vote to approve to reduce the contact hours and credit hours for the Vocational Nursing Certificate and to designate the Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts as the College’s Multidisciplinary Award. There will also be an administrative report, a presentation of the financial statement package, and an update on the college strategic objectives.

The Blinn Board of Trustees will meet this evening (Tuesday) at 6:30pm on the 3rd floor of the administration building at 802 Green Street.
