BLINN INDUCTS 85 STUDENTS INTO INTERNATIONAL MATH HONOR SOCIETY
The Blinn College – Brenham campus chapter of the Mu Alpha Theta national math society recently inducted 85 new members during its 24th annual induction ceremony.
Thirty-seven current Blinn students and 48 students from area high schools were inducted. Students are invited based on their math and overall grade point averages (GPA).
Mu Alpha Theta has more than 99,000 members across 2,000 schools nationwide, and fosters interest in math by publicly recognizing superior mathematical scholarship and promoting mathematical activities.

This is good news! So wonderfful to hear of these bright students who will no doubt achieve much with their education. How many of the Blinn students were from our Brenham campus? This would be nice news to share with the county that created Blinn.
