BRENHAM, Texas – With the pitching performances of Colleen Bentke and Kamryn Boucher, Blinn College softball was able to sweep Galveston College by the scores of 6-0 and 7-1 Friday afternoon at Hohlt Park.
Both pitchers did not allow an earned run to Galveston as the Buccaneers improved to 25-11 overall and 11-1 in Region XIV play. With the sweep, Blinn extended its winning streak to 10 games.
“Our pitching was great today by giving up only one unearned run and our offense put constant pressure on their defense,” said Rick Church, Blinn head coach
