BLINN WORKSHOP TO PREPARE FOR REACCEDITATION

  

The Blinn Board will be holding a workshop today (Tuesday) to review their roles and responsibilities and how they can work with the Southern Association of Colleges and School Commission.  Blinn College External Affairs Director Cathy Boeker says this Commission,  called ‘SACS’ is responsible for re-accrediting the college.  She says the process begins next year and the Board wants to be ready.Boeker says the Board wants to be fully apprised of any changes in accreditation policies so they are not hit with any surprises.

The workshop begins at 9am at the Student Center Dining Room.
