BLUE BELL DONATES TO ALUMNI FIELD IMPROVEMENTS

  

The Brenham High School Cubette softball team thanks Blue Bell Creameries for a generous donation of $2500 to support their efforts in trying to raise funds to build a press box at Alumni Field.

It has been several years since field improvement has occurred, and the press box will be the first step towards this goal. Future improvement plans also include moving the dugouts to improve viewing of the playing field and possibly adding additional seating.

Cubette softball coach Katie Roberts said, “Alumni Field has previously been named the Softball Field of the Year and we are very proud of that. We have a lot of pride in our facility and look to make it better continuously.”
