BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO DISCUSS BUILDING HEIGHT REGULATIONS
The City of Brenham Board of Adjustments will possibly take action on a request in changing the city building height regulations for the property located at the corner of Old Mill Creek Road and South Saeger Street. Current City policy states that no building can exceed forty five (45) feet or three (3) stories in height.
The board will also discuss future Blinn College projects.
The City of Brenham Board of Adjustments meet this afternoon (Monday) at 5:15pm on the second floor of City Hall located on West Vulcan Street.

Isnt this where the city of Brenham recently sold all of that property on Old Mill Creek Road that once was the railroad? Now the road cannot be made wider, since the city sold the property. And now the city wants to make this area busier with more traffic? With more Blinn students. Sounds like a bigger building will be like putting ten pounds in a five pound sack? If this goes through. You might as well just do anything.
