BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO MEET MONDAY
The City of Brenham Board of Adjustments will consider a variance request during their meeting on Monday.
An applicant has requested a 7’ rear setback variance in order to construct a new, two car garage and utility addition to the existing single family residential structure on their property. The property in question is at 206 W. Bryan Street in Brenham.
The Board of Adjustments will meet at 5:15 p.m. in the second floor council chamber of City Hall.
