BRAZOS CO. CRASH CLAIMS LIFE
One person is dead another seriously injured in a Brazos County accident Sunday evening.
One person on a motorcycle was killed and another badly injured in the crash that occurred just after 5:30 p.m. on Highway 47 near Bryan.
According to police, the two victims were on the motorcycle that collided with an automobile.
The deceased is identified at 38-year old Crystal Mitts of College Station, who was a passenger on the motorcycle.
The driver has been identified only as a 35-year old Iola man, who is now in stable condition at CHI St. Joseph’s Hospital.
The driver of the automobile was not injured.
The investigation into the cause of the crash continues.
