BRAZOS COUNTY ORDERS BURN BAN

  

With the continuing hot, dry weather, calls for grass fires have increased to the local volunteer fire departments.  Brazos County has now joined Lee and Fayette Counties in instituting an outdoor burn ban.  Currently Washington County and the other adjacent counties are not under a burn ban, but residents are cautioned to be extra careful with outdoor burning.
