BRAZOS VALLEY FAIR KICKS OFF TODAY
The Brazos Valley Fair is kicking off today (Friday) at the Brazos County Expo Center.
The fair runs through Sunday and features a carnival, rodeos, entertainment, commercial exhibits and competitive events.

In addition, Meyer says there are many rodeo events for people to look forward to:
Gates open today at 4 p.m. with the rodeo starting at 7 p.m. Jason Boland & the Stragglers will perform immediately following the rodeo.
The fair will open at 10 a.m. Saturday. Musical entertainment for Saturday night will feature a concert by Steve Wariner at 9:45 p.m.
