BRENHAM ATHLETES MEDAL AT STATE SPECIAL GAMES

Three special Brenham athletes brought back medals from the Texas State Special Olympics this past weekend in Arlington.

Brenham’s athletes include:

Christian Grawunder:  Gold in the Mini Javelin and Silver in the 200 Meter Run.

Cheyenne Tuck:  Silver in the 200 Meter Run and fouth place in the Mini Javelin.

And, Cole Wright:  Bronze in the 100 Meter Dash and fourth in the Mini Javelin.

Cole Wright was also one of the torch bearers for the opening ceremony Friday.\
