BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO HEAR SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUESTS

  

A public hearing will be held during this evening’s (Monday) meeting of the Brenham Board of Adjustments for several special exception requests.

The first public hearing will be for a special exception to the City’s Zoning Ordinance to reduce the number of required spaces for an addition to DR Metals at 1307 US 290 West. A second public hearing will be had for a special exception to reduce the number of required spaces for storage facility to be located at 2408 South Market. A request to reduce the number of required spaces for renovation of an existing establishment at 315 South Park Street will also be discussed in a public hearing.

A special exception request to change the required 25 foot front-yard setback and a required 10 foot rear-yard setback for renovations of an establishment at 315 South Park Street is also set to have a public hearing.

Action is expected to be taken on all of these special exception requests.

The Brenham Board of Adjustments will meet at 5:15pm this evening (Monday) on the second floor of City Hall.
