BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO MEET MONDAY

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustments will consider several variance requests when they meet Monday afternoon at 5:15 at City Hall.

A storage facility located at 2000 U.S. Highway 290 East is requesting a variance for the requirement of a ten foot rear yard setback for property in an industrial zoning district.  The property owner is also requesting to reduce the number of required parking spaces at that same location.

The Brenham Board of Adjustments will also hear a request for a variance from the City zoning ordinance that requires a minimum average lot width of sixty feet for a residential lot at 702 East Stone Street.  Another property owner at 601 South Austin Street is seeking a special exception from the zoning ordinance requiring a 25-foot front yard setback, and a variance from the requirement for a 10-foot side yard setback.

The Board of Adjustments will meet at 5:15 Monday afternoon in the second floor council chambers of Brenham City Hall.
