BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH RESISTING ARREST

  

A Brenham man faces several charges after trying to avoid officers serving a warrant.

33-year old Tristan Joseph DiCesare of Brenham was arrested late Monday night, after police responded to a call of a man making threats at a residence in the 800 block of Marie Street.

Authorities confirmed DiCesare had a warrant for his arrest for criminal trespass.

Sgt. Justin Schiller says when he arrived at the residence, DiCesare fled the scene.  Schiller says once he was able to catch DiCesare, he continued to resist arrest.

Officers were eventually able to restraint him and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

DiCesare is charged with: Evading arrest; Resisting arrest; and the warrant for Criminal trespass.
