BRENHAM CUB BAND GIVES OUTSTANDING SATURDAY PERFORMANCE

The Brenham Cub band once again gave an outstanding performance on Saturday evening at the Blinn College Marching Contest.

The band received Second Place out of seven bands in Conference 5A, and also received Outstanding Color Guard.

The next performance will be at the UIL Marching Contest at Waller High School, with Brenham performing at noon.

If a First Division is earned during this performance at the Regional Contest, the band will advance to the Area contest, to be held at Waller on Saturday, October 24th.

The band will perform a practice performance at Cub Stadium at around 3:15pm on Friday to prepare for the contest, which will involve coming to the stadium, putting on uniforms, and performing with two judges in attendance. Those judges will give the band taped comments and speak with the band after the performance.

The public is invited to attend this free practice, and to come out and support the Brenham Cub Band.
