BRENHAM CUBS HALL OF HONOR INDUCTEES NAMED
Three former Brenham Cub football players will be inducted into the Brenham Cubs Hall of Honor.
The inductees this year include Elvis McBride, a running back for the team of 1979; Defensive end J.J. Kelly from the team of 1993; and Mathus Gill, a running back for the team in 1999.
The Brenham Cub team of 1999 will also honored. They finished their season at 10-1, losing in the bi-district game.
The luncheon to honor the inductees will be on Friday, October 14th at Blinn’s College Student Center. Tickets are $25 and are available at the BISD athletic office, Brenham National Bank, Bank of Brenham and the BISD administration office.
