BRENHAM DURHAM SCHOOL SERVICES WINS NATIONAL EXPRESS AWARD

  

Durham School Services in Brenham- the company that transports Brenham ISD students- recently received a National Express 2016 Values Award for North America.

National Express described the team as “game changers in the way National Express customer service is perceived.”

Leslie Lockett, General Manager, and her Brenham team were awarded the Frontline Customer Service Award in recognition of their efforts during the May 2016 floods in Washington County.

Team Brenham weathered the storm, bringing displaced students, parents, community members and travelers to safety.

The Brenham team earned the “You Make a Difference” award from Brenham Independent School District in June 2016 for their help transporting people to safety during the May 2016 flash flood—one of the worst in the area’s history.

In June, the winners of the award are be invited to La Jolla, California to celebrate at an annual awards dinner.
