BRENHAM F.D. RESPONDS TO BROKEN SPRINKLER SYSTEM AT SEALY
A broken sprinkler system resulted in the Brenham Fire Department being called out to Sealy Temper Mattress on Highway-290 in Brenham.
The Brenham Fire Department was called out just after 2:00 this (Thursday) morning for an automatic fire alarm at Sealy.
The sprinkler system piping had been damaged by a forklift causing a water flow alarm. The sprinkler system was shut down and drained for repairs.
The alarm company was notified the plant would be on 911 status until repairs to the sprinkler system can be completed.
