BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT

  

On Saturday around 5:34 pm The Brenham Fire Department was called to 1555 State Highway 36 N, to a report of fluid in the road. The roadway was rinsed of fluids and applied absorbent.

On Sunday, around 2:55 am, the Fire Department was called to 2508 S DAY ST at HEB Investigation found that they were steam cleaning the area and that is what set the alarm off. The alarm was reset.

Also on Sunday around 10:33 am, the Fire Department was called to 303 E Lubbock Street to investigate a gas odor. The gas department advised the caller that the pressure regulation station has a tendency to have a gas odor on occasion. There was no leak.

Sunday, the Fire Department was called out to 1909 Church Street to a report of a structure fire. Investigators found the outside air conditioning until was sparking, and that the power had been turned off. The owner was advised to have the problem repaired before restoring power.

Monday morning around 4:30am, the Fire Department was called out to 297 Alois Lane to a report of a person trapped by a tree. After arriving on the scene, there was no entrapment found and no injuries reported.
