BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT

  

On Saturday around 7:40am, the Brenham Fire Department responded to 1402 Key St for a reported structure fire.

Fire department units arrived and found the oven was sparking. The power was cut off to the oven and the sparking stopped. The owner was advised to get the oven repaired before cutting the power back on.

The only damage was to the oven.

Then on Saturday, a little after 2pm, the Brenham Fire Department responded to 110 US Highway 290 W at St. Joseph’s Clinic to open a door that was jammed. There was a patient and a nurse in an exam room and the door would not open.

The fire department used tools to remove the door handle that was jammed.
