BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WIN AWARDS IN UIL ACADEMIC CONTESTS

  

This past weekend several Brenham High School students competed in various UIL Academic contests at Waller High School. Of those students, 6 won awards and 4 are advancing to regionals.

Computer Science Individual - Zach Taylor, 4th place

Computer Science Team - Brenham, 2nd Place - Alternate to Region

Current Issues Individual - Will Corn, 1st place - Advancing to Region

Current Issues Team - Brenham, 2nd Place - Alternate to Region

Informative Speaking - Angelica Lopez-Gonzalez, 6th place

Persuasive Speaking - Will Corn, 3rd Place - Advancing to Region

The Regional contest is being held April 23rd at Magnolia High School.
